San Diego has the best weather in the country. Not LA. Lots of cities ahead of LA on that list

San Diego’s weather is insanely good. Marine Corps Boot Camp I remember wondering if it ever changed. As I was getting an open palm in the stomach ALOT.

It's not a closed roof stadium. Its technically an open air stadium. The temperature is still natural air, but the fans are protected by the roof. It's a great design.

The air quality over there is shite. I live in the bay area, air is pretty shitty. I can only imagine the situation down there.

I thought it was an open air stadium? Just with a roof.

Because LA is full of pussies. It’s the most complacent, plastic, who gives a shite sports town in America. It must be perfect to get those douches off their phones. I had to live their for 4 years and the people there are punchable as hell.

One thing about that roof is depending on how the sun is shining the field may have the worst shadow patterns in the NFL for someone watching the game.

That's one cool thing about the Vikings stadium, the partially translucent roof is situated and designed to maximize the natural light based on the position of the sun in the early afternoon hours in fall & winter.

Its less about football. They will host thousands of events there. If the venue is enclosed there is less risk of having to cancel an event.

Being able to use it beyond football is a strong selling point to taxpayers, as big as a dump that the metrodome was it still had 300 events per year.
