Not sports. I guess debatable.

So you contradicted your own rules to fit your own personal zeitgeist. Cool.

A competition where the majority of the participants are of African descent.

As far as NASCAR goes 10-15 years ago I would've agreed with you as there were still plenty of Kenny Schrader types driving but nowadays all the drivers work out and are in great shape so I say they are athletes

Why in the world did you put track and field on the second list. Track and field is the only pure sport there is. And when I say "pure", I mean non-contrived.

Irrelevant.
You could take the ten best athletes in the world, and have them do a fap-off, and the fact that they're athletic doesn't make fapping a sport.

Nonsense. There is no reasonable definition of the word "sport" that excludes ping pong. Go ahead and try. I'll wait.
Ping Pong is unquestionably a sport.

Bull fighting, rock climbing, and car racing.
ETA:
Not NASCAR. I'm talking about the unregulated, show up and see who is faster car racing.

My personal subjective definition says Ping Pong is not a sport. It's a competitive activity.. Like Billiards or foosball. And I love ping pong.
It's like halfway between a board game and a sport.

everything on there minus nascar and fishing is a sport in my opininon

The only one of these that has a clear-cut "not a sport" argument is Bull Fighting.
I'm tempted to argue that cheerleading isn't a sport, but that's a slippery slope. If cheerleading isn't a sport then there goes Figure Skating, Gymnastics, and diving (other sports where winners are determined by judges).
Fishing and Racecar driving don't require athleticism. So maybe if you define a sport as requiring athleticism then you can exclude those. (I anxiously await every fat redneck and their cousin on this board arguing how much athleticism is required to drive a car.)

Just because Bo Jackson is one of the most athletic people ever doesn't mean he could ever come close to being a good golfer just because he's athletic.
That's my point.
If you can drastically improve in your sport by going from a Bubba Watson body to a Bo Jackson body, then the competitors in that sport are athletes. If the difference isn't very great, then the competitors are not athletes.
Bubba Watson could have Bo Jackson's body tomorrow and he wouldn't be any better as a golfer than he is now.

I agree with the opponent component.
So a marathon or cross-country skiing where everyone is on the course at the same time and some strategy is involved, far more of a sport to me than each person making a timed run.

Glad to see you agree that you can't offer up any reasonable definition of sport that excludes ping pong.
If you're arguing ping pong or billiards aren't sports, get ready to mark golf off the list as well. At least if you're being principled.

Huh?

Sports involve athletic movements and have an objective measurement to decide who wins and loses. Al races are sports, golf is a sport, and bowling is a sport. Ice Skating is an athletic exhibition. Chess is not a sport. It is a game.
