Anything that involves physical activity, athletic ability and competitiveness... That's a sport to me regardless of how hard it is.

Under your defnition, boxing is not a sport.

I feel like I've come up with the perfect definitions.
A sport is a contest which requires physicality and has a definite winner not picked by a judge. Poker does not fit because it's not physical. Auto racing DOES fit because it is physical and there is a definite winner.
A competition/contest/event/match/whatever you want to call it can be similar to a sport, except a winner is chosen by a judge. So ice skating, gymnastics, etc. are all not "sports".
HOWEVER, a sport doesn't require athletes, and a contest doesn't mean athletes aren't participating.
I define an athlete as somebody who can improve their physical skills and that means they can improve in their sport just by getting more "athletic". For example, you can be turn from a skinny nerd to LeBron James, and it won't help you in auto racing. Therefore, although auto racing is a sport, the competitors are NOT athletes.
Yet in cheerleading, athleticism definitely matters. Therefore, cheerleaders are athletes, but cheerleading is NOT a sport. It's an athletic competition.
We might know each other, I have been saying this exact thing for years.
but golf is 100% a sport

IMO a sport is an athletic competition where individuals are competing against one another and those other "players" have an effect on each others performance.
If there are no other people who effect your performance I look at it as a competition.
Bowling-competition
Tennis-sport
Track & Field-competition
Skiing-competition
Golf-competition
Cheerleading-competition
Bull Fighting-competition
NASCAR/Indy Racing-sport
Fishing-competition
Skateboarding-competition
Ping Pong- meh, not really athletic competition I guess

Why in the world did you put track and field on the second list. Track and field is the only pure sport there is. And when I say "pure", I mean non-contrived.
Track and Field is exercise.
I play real sports, not try to be the best at exercising!

It's a three pronged system.
It only has to have two of the three requirements:
1) must contain a ball, puck, etc.
2) must have a limit (periods, innings, quarters, halves
3) must be open (you can control if the other team scores)
Cheerleading is not a sport

I'm not biased, and it's so stupid that I'm assuming it's written in jest because I'm sick of telling people they're stupid.

Do try to pay attention.

A game involving physical activity that has an objective winner. I don't think games that have some judge decide who the winner is based on preference is technically a sport. So, for example, skiing races are but not the aerial stuff. No to cheerleading, X games, etc.
The only one I have trouble with is boxing. There is objective winners in the case of a KO but not in a decision. I think boxing is a sport, but it doesn't technically fit my definition.
