Gina got cancelled as an actress. Needed a big paycheck. She didn’t and doesn’t really care to fight anymore she always wanted to be a movie star to begin with.
Ronda’s had her arse kicked enough to knock her off the mountain top and needed something to get some hype going again. This fight was dumb bullshite from the start.

If you were going to rig the fight, why make it only last 17 seconds? All the fans are pissed and all the companies that would have paid for commercials during the fight never had their products shown.

Nope. Anyone who watched Rousey fight knew there was an 80% chance it would end that way and in under a minute. The only chance Gina had was if she had gained elite takedown defense and could keep it standing up. Even then, Rhonda would have shot over and over until she either would up getting clocked coming in or got the arm bar. Relatively speaking, she was the best at armbar subs than anyone every in the sport.

Netflix needs to come off some of that money and invent a time machine so they can go back and get an in their prime Mae Young or The Fabulous Moolah for Ronda’s next fight. Would be more entertaining.
