I downloaded the course on sky droid and when I zoomed into the first hole I was blown away. The fairways have crisscrossed patterns, then lateral stripes leading up to the green and around the greens. I'll take some pics and post this evening if it is as breathtaking as I expect. I'm gonna hack the shite out of this course

Nah. I'd guess Tifway 419. Pretty standard Bermuda fairway. It could be bent up there though.

It was a miserable golf day where I had nothing going and I still want to go back. My ball had a better idea of where hazards were, but hey...that was a fantastic little course.

Here are La Tour's main issues. Some of them will be resolved, some won't because they were designed that way.

1. Needs clubhouse befitting that level of course
2. Cart paths need fixing (ongoing lawsuit)
3. Some of the beautiful native grass areas will eventually be developed, taking away some of the beauty of the course.
4. Layout not good for walking (due to future development)

Some of the best things about La Tour

1. It's La Tour, breh.
