In Boston for a conference, so I'm playing tomorrow at 2 at Red Tail Golf Club in Devens, MA. It is probably the nicest course I will have played. It is the #1 rated public course in Massachusetts.
The rough looks fricking punishing. Guy I am playing with told me it is "a fair course" so I am going into it with a realistic goal of breaking 100 and an extremely hopeful goal of 95 or better. I have to play with rented clubs so I'll probably frick up a few putts and drives just due to unfamiliar clubs. Still fricking excited.

That's a nice looking track. Its nickname is probably Augusta of Massachusetts.
ETA: this week I'm working on changing my putting stance. I putt similar to Briny Baird, with one foot behind the other. I putt well, but I'm ready to switch back to a normal stance.

Gonna hit Augusta on the Bayou Sunday with Thibby. Probably gonna eat a sammich afterwards.

Couple irons at the range in hammond one day this week. Probably a couple rounds this weekend too. Not sure where though. Probably somewhere I fit in, a shitty course
