So, that means the average viewing time will go from 3 hours 22 minutes to 3 hours 16 minutes this season
Then they will pass more rules to shorten it to 3 hours of viewing time
Then 2 hours and 45 minutes….. 2 hours and 20 minutes… and so on

This is NBC brah. CBS will make these commercial breaks seem limited by comparison.

6 minutes is a big fricking deal for a sport that only has 12-15 minutes of actual game play
True, but of that lost 6 minutes we might only get 90 extra seconds of actual game play. Not defending it but will be interesting to see how many plays less we get per game

Notre Dame will be borderline top 5 after boat racing Navy and Tennessee State

LSU-Florida State will be a better litmus test, but I imagine we're still going to notice

They’re totally outclassed. Maybe ND will start getting shite for scheduling schools like Navy. It’s not 1950.

Hartman throws a weird ball. Doesn’t appear to have a lot of velocity on his balls.

Due to the scoring of notre dame, this game might actually end up taking longer than any navy game all last season

Yeah its almost like losing to Marshall and Stanford didnt even happen
Saban lost to ULM in his first year. Kirby lost to Vandy and and Georgia Tech.
Not to mention Brian Kelly lost to 4-7 Texas A&M that same year.
Anyone who actually thinks Marcus Freeman had a bad first season is a moron.
9-4 with 4 ranked wins (including a top 5 win) and a bowl win is a good first year for any Power 5 coach.

UTEP and Jacksonville State kicking off in a mere two hours.

90 seconds is the difference between USC winning the Cotton Bowl and Tulane completing one of the most epic comeback wins in the last 20 years.
