But it had nothing to do with the roof collapse.

I mean, the roof collapse is why the Vikings went and looked for a new stadium. This game wouldn't have been played outdoors if not for the roof collapse, but sure. I guess you're technically right that it didn't happen in the same season as the roof collapse.

The Vikings played 3 full seasons in the Metrodome after the roof collapse in 2010. They were playing outside in 2016 because they drug their feet on building a new stadium.

Then you're gonna love the Chiefs/Dolphins game at Arrowhead, temps around 0 degrees at kickoff and wind gusts over 20 mph.

You like them to what? freeze?

The Chiefs should have an advantage over the Dolphins due to the extreme cold and it's a home game.....size of the crowd could be less than a selling due to the weather.

Pretty insane forecast in KC as well

National Weather Service Topeka office
(Kansas City office just has forecasts for Saturday morning, afternoon, Sunday morning and Sunday afternoon, nothing on Saturday night) I'm going with their forecast for Lawrence since that is only 20 miles from Kansas City urban sprawl.

Temperature at 6:00CST 0 degrees Wind Chill -21 degrees

Dolphins will control the ball with rushing. Tua won’t have to play hero ball in fridged temps. KC wr won’t be able to create separation in this weather with tight coverage.
