I've seen that called a few times.

It's a legit call - it's when the defense yells out the snap call to induce a false start or premature snap.

So are you saying that a defensive hit on the QB is not allowed to be a factor in the QB losing the ball. If a defender hits the QB and he loses the ball it doesn't count?

The intent when a QB goes back to pass is to throw it forward. Oops I threw it to the wrong team, my bad. No interception.

You're confusing the fumble part with the backwards pass part.
