Is someone who runs over a jaywalker above reproach? Assuming all this happened, it shouldn't be difficult to get at least that charge. "Did Tony hit him? Did the.victim leap in front of.him? If those answers are yes and no, then tony will be convicted of something
lol at comparing these 2

All TS had to say is I looked down at my shoe and then this horrible accident happened.
I would destroy a defendant on cross exam if he pulled that excuse in front of a jury.
The speculation is fun and all, but we will not know what happened until video surfaces. I'm sure there is some sort of footage

nah, the cops would meet with them regardless of what happened
this doesnt imply anything bad or good. It's just the process

At you even allowed to get out of your car while in caution or while cars are moving around the track?
In this situation yes, because the car flipped.

I can believe random internet rumors too! It's not limited to certain people...

Explain the difference. Dude should not have been on foot on an active track. Doesn't mean tony is not responsible for what his car does.

Meh, I think he might still be fricked anyways. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

I would assume so...? Not sure though. I'd be fricking pissed though if I squinted to see a far off street name and some idiot sprinted into my grill.

Yea that's not reliable either. No more than anything else reported so far.

I have absolutely no idea how yall see criminal charges coming out of this. Have you EVER seen a battery charge for an intentional hit on a football field? Or for a bean ball in MLB? Or for a technical in basketball? I know yall can quote various driving statutes, but I don't think we've ever seen them applied on a racetrack.

Race to Judgment: The Tony Stewart Story.

Copy written lyrics so they can't be stolen.
If they are snap
Don't need the police to try to save them
Your voice will sieze, so please, stay off my back
Or I will attack and you don't want that

If you intentionally put somebody in the wall and they total their car, they cannot file suit against you to recover the damages. I don't know if it would be similar to that.
I think that's different from this incident. What you're describing is a more brutal version of a hockey player checking someone against the wall. It may be on the outer edges of acceptable racing technique but it's part of the sport. This is someone, intentionally or unintentionally, taking out a driver who was standing on the track.

i think they can be distinguished and a very compelling argument could be made

I'm pretty sure if mj choked someone after getting fouled, he would be charged.

You don't think there's a slight difference between the Stewart story, and the one's you mentioned?
