Embarrassing effort from USC tonight. They’re 6-2, but snuck out wins against Rutgers and Washington. Remaining schedule is
Ohio State
@ Indiana
Maryland
@ UCLA
He’s on his way to another 7 or 8 win season and never even threatening real success.

They’re stuck with him.
He won a lot of games at OU but there were so many he was winning like 52-49 that could’ve gone either way.

A Riley offense and Venables defense I think could actually work pretty well. A lot of egos would have to be set aside for it to actually come to fruition

7 points for USC today are the fewest points any FBS team he has coached has scored in a game & the fewest points USC scored vs an unranked opponent since 2013 vs Washington State.

I think this is the end. He’ll be gone after the season. He has a mitigation clause in the contract that should bring the buyout number down.

Last year's USC team was better than this team. This team lacks any big play ability in the run game.
