Some of you fricks are sick, and you’re trying to perpetuate this narrative in multiple threads.

A lot of Doctors online are going in fricking raw on the Dolphins.
Several who are extremely legit are gravely gravely concerned and think this could be something career threatening.

It’s not a seizure- it’s apparently called ‘fencing’ and it’s a neurological response to head/brain trauma like a concussion. I had never heard of it before tonight
What is Fencing Response?

Well when the only other narrative is against the Dolphins medical team… I recall hearing that Tua kept getting frustrated with them as they tried to evaluate him for a concussion & suggested that it was a back/nerve issue.
Why should he not take some of the blame if he doesn’t let them do their job ?

Dolphins:
Thank god

Tua Tagovailoa has been taken to a local hospital for further evaluation. He is conscious and has movement in all his extremities.
Thank god

This just in, Dolphins are saying Tua has a toe injury. He’ll be back in the 3rd Q

They didn't just lie to us about an obvious concussion, they had to cover their asses by not even putting him in the protocal. Them throw him out there on a short week.
Wondering how that NFLPA "investigation" is gonna go now.

He’s conscious and has movement in all his extremities per Dolphins Twitter

Doubting their credibility.

Probably a serious concussion like a fighter when they get knocked out and their arms lock up.

You’re a fool if you think the Dolphins forced him to go back in against Buffalo on Sunday. He didn’t allow them do their job.

We saw him moving his hands and legs can ole boy form a fricking sentence.
Whoever cleared this guy fricked up
That was not an insane hit to the head. That happens 20 times a game.
He was primed for a serious injury

I think it was the whipping motion not hitting the head on the ground per se. Your brain sloshes around quite a bit with fast centripetal or lateral movement and it is a lot softer than the skull it smacks up against. Also the whipping motion can cause damage to the cranial spinal cord and brainstem as it is in a pretty narrow space at that point.

The neck may be worse than the head tonight.
That was nasty whiplash.

Chris Nowinski, a Dr on Twitter posted this earlier tonight.
quote:
If Tua takes the field tonight, it's a massive step back for #concussion care in the NFL.
If he has a 2nd concussion that destroys his season or career, everyone involved will be sued & should lose their jobs, coaches included. We all saw it, even they must know this isn't right
