I've never thought Lawrence was AS great of a prospect as he was made out to be.
However, I do think he is a good prospect and should be really successful in the right situation.
So much of a QBs success has to do with the team and system around them, early on.
And he's on the Jags.

While true, that shouldn’t be taken to diminish that Lawerence has genuinely looked like crap. No sugar coating it

Trevor Lawrence is Ryan Leaf level bust.. decent arm talent but really has no intangibles or leadership skills.

Rookie or not and bad team or not, those are some putrid numbers. 9 total TD passes in 14 games (and over 500 attempts) is bad regardless of the situation. He hasn't had a game with multiple TD passes since week 1. He's not the first rookie QB to be put into a bad situation.

I want him to be a bust because it’s funny but I’m willing to give him a complete pass for this season. Meyer was worse than Petrino.

Imagine drafting a RB with your second first round pick when you already have James Robinson instead of an offensive lineman or WR like Rondale Moore, Elijah Moore, or Rashod Bateman.
