I think he has raw talent that could be developed but playing for the Jags and having a head case for a coach this past year did nothing to improve his game.

He was a man amongst boys in HS, he played for an absolutely loaded team in college for his entire run there. No one knew what he'd look like when he didn't have advantages over everyone.

This is the first real adversity he's ever had as far as I can see. I've never seen "top 5 QB in the league" stuff from him, even at Clemson where he had every advantage possible. Every year he was in college other QBs with less outperformed him.

every couple weeks he makes an insane deep throw under pressure and/or on the run (or he just runs it) but yeah i agree. i just don't see it.

Yeah, I think this year has been a wash as far as improving his development. Coaching did no favors but injuries and lack of talent on the offensive side also did no favors.
