He’s likely going to target the mlb for the money he lost for his unpaid suspension. The woman has nothing

I hope he does. If the MLB was smart they’d pay the man whatever it would to take to make this go away and for Trevor to not mention it again. I’m sure there will be some documents with random clauses and language that will give MLB some wiggle room for an out, but man will they look bad going that route. Take your L and move on for really screwing this guys career.

I know nothing about the law regarding contracts in MLB or the law really in general, but it seems insane to me that he wouldn’t be able to sue for lost wages and damages from the Dodgers or MLB directly.

Bitches be cray.

Glad I'm not a sex addict that has to pay for that type of shite. Whores doing this is all too common and they don't get punished for it at all.

I mean the Dodgers paid him his full 2023 salary when they released him. I believe the only way for a team to get out of a contract for off field issues is if the player literally cannot play (such as if he is in prison or deported). MLB contracts are fully guaranteed.

I was aware they are guaranteed, I must be brain farting. I thought he was suspended without pay.

Although he did not vote in the 2016 United States presidential election, Bauer has expressed his personal support of Donald Trump, whom he believed "would shake up the system".[2] He previously expressed his support for 2012 presidential candidate Mitt Romney and criticized former president Barack Obama.[121] In February 2017, Bauer accused Apple and Twitter of purporting a liberal media bias, after which he proceeded to express a variety of political beliefs, including climate change denial, skepticism that Obama was born in the United States, and a defense of the Indians' mascot Chief Wahoo, who has been criticized as a racial caricature.

You bet your arse the fact that he doesn't support Progressive movements played a huge role in this too. Especially when you consider how woke MLB leadership is.

I hate to break it to you but most baseball players are Republicans. There was an article about the 2004 Red Sox which revealed every player on the team voted for Bush with the exception of Gabe Kapler. Baseball has a lot of rich white guys and they tend to vote Republican.

Unfortunately, Manfred and corporate sponsors are very much not Republicans.

That doesn’t bother me at all. If they want to back a weak, ineffective party, let them waste their time. Doesn’t mean I think their lives should be destroyed.

Yes because we all know rich, white males never support Democrats. Lol

Outside of baseball players, the wealthiest white men in this country vote Democrat.

Sure it's probably not the most apt comparison

Watson was significantly worse. He didn't even know the people he was harassing.

But I think it's a great comparison.

Hard to believe, but that money would all go to legal fees, so I doubt she gets shite.
