He should have never dropped his lawsuit. He should have smeared her in a public setting so bad that her life would be ruined from here on out. Left her tarred and feathered on the town square. He let her off the hook.

He is able to do that now. Pretty sure there was a gag order in place in his case, so dropping the case gives him the opportunity to smear her publicly

That woman is human scum. Ruined this mans career and reputation while also fricking over women who are actual victims.

Her life wouldn't be ruined in the least. Most American women celebrate this kind of behavior, or in the least, condone it. And many men, in a hopeless attempt to sleep with these women, also take up this same mentality. There are ZERO actual consequences for most American women when it comes to false accusations.

Anyone with two functioning brain cells could see that MLB was using this as an excuse to get him out of the league because they were pissed that he exposed the sticky stuff other pitchers were using.

Not just MLB, but MLBPA as well.

MLB has the strongest players’ union in sports and they agreed to everything the MLB handed down without protest.

Well did he make money on the flip or get left holding the back with rising interest rates? Don’t leave us with this cliff hanger man I’ve got to know.

He’s likely going to target the mlb for the money he lost for his unpaid suspension. The woman has nothing

He mentioned the fact that he's already spent more on lawyers than she could have ever paid him in her lifetime. He got what he wanted from discovery, concrete proof of innocence and the ability to talk about it. He also mentioned additional evidence, wonder if he found something he could use to go after the Dodgers organization and/or MLB?

Damn shame what women can get away with.

I never liked Alleva, because of how he handled this. He forced the coach to resign or be fired over it. So ridiculous.

Probably.

I have a feeling that the Dodgers wanted out from his contract and having someone hand them a moral turpitude case on a platter was Christmas Day for them.

There is probably proof that she told lies to them and either they did no due diligence or they did and ignored it because of the possible savings if it played out like it did.

So how many mlb teams come after him once he’s reinstated? All of em? (Except Doyers)
