I'll pass on melo

Why is there no noise about houston going after reddick? Wouldn't he be a perfect fit there, now even more so?

would be smart if they get a wing out of it.
The ideal team would be Boston since he gives them that next step. No 'contender' has a big who can stop Boogie. Add on Stevens who is a top 5 coach and its everything you ask for.

You could get a Crowder and Bradley (assuming they dont intend on maxing him) and LA/Sac Pick if not the Brooklyn one I'm sure. Considering how much Ainge was going to throw for a potential rental of George. Send Moore as well

PG: Thomas/Smart
SG: Moore/Smart
SF: Brown/Tatum
PF: Horford/Whoever
C: Cousins/Whoever

and

PG: Holiday/Crawford
SG: Bradley/QPon
SF: Crowder/Hill
PF: Davis/Cunningham
C: Diallo/Ajinca/Asik

There has been some talk.

@SpaceCity_Scoop
#Rockets are interested in Serge Ibaka and JJ Redick, according to @wojespn.

The issue is that Redick is expensive.

If only you guys didn't give Ryno that albatross of a contract. That money going to Ibaka would be so much better.

Better defender and although he's not as good of a shooter, dude can knock down 3's still. 4 attempts @ 39% last year.

Without the ryno signing last year CC doesn't win 55 games and Paul prob doesn't end up in CC. It has worked out pretty well I gotta admit.

It's a catch 22. Yeah, it was one of the few times Morey over-paid.

But if they didn't get Ryan Anderson, they don't win nearly as many games and don't entice a player like Chris Paul to come and play for them.

So yeah, it might not have been the best contract, but without Anderson we probably don't get Chris Paul and who knows what this off-season would be like.

Quick update on where the Spurs stand:

- resigned Patty Mills to 4 years, $50 million

- prepared to offer Jonathan Simmons $9 million, but he will listen to other teams. Clippers among those interested.

- reportedly came close to an agreement with Rudy Gay a few hours ago, but Spurs never actually made an offer.
Expect either Gay or Andre Igoudala in SA next season. (Warriors will reportedly go after Gay if they lose Iqoudala though, so could be interesting)

Jrue Holiday 5 years 126 mil, per Woj. Bonuses could bring it up to 150, and there is a player option. Basically 4 years 96 mil.
