from a basketball standpoint, rondo would be a great mentor.
too bad with rondo, you get EVERYTHING else. You probably wouldn't want that in the ear of your rookie. On an established team or slightly older team with a strong HC like Minnesota, sure.
On a young team like the Lakers, no.

The fricking kings didn't even make him a qualifying offer. That tells me all I need to know. The kings could keep him on a rookie scale deal and passed.

Did u watch the same playoffs as I did and watch robin lopez go bonkers on the Celtic's. He also shuts down the lane so LeBron and love can't feast under the glass.
