Innocent until proven guilty.
When he hurts you prove your case
Until then. Who gives a frick.
Did he roll his car over your car? No?
Stfu.

He blew zeros. Im giving him the benefit of the doubt
You do realize DUI stands for Driving Under the Influence? Just because he blew 0.0, doesn’t mean he wasn’t on something else. Influence of what is the question. The fact he refused a piss test tells me the dude was loaded on something.

But some of those pain Meds can make you do stupid goofy things. Like think you're perfectly fine to Drive... It is why I always get off of Them sooner than others after surgery or pain. I have seen Xanax Slowly destroy a person.
Xanax isn’t pain medication, it’s an anxiety drug..

Can't he afford a Tesla and let it do the driving?

Don’t act like “regular people” get sent to prison for DUi
Even without prison, Tiger’s issues would be very troubling for the average John Doe whose bank account is sensitive to things like increased insurance, losing a license, a damaged vehicle, hiring an attorney, potential employment issues, etc.
I don’t know what the answer is in our society, but when one person can just shrug off the personal consequences of the same crime that would sink another person it doesn’t seem fair.
I guess that’s just life.

Aren’t you presumed guilty if you refuse the DUI tests?

I realize that a sheriff got on national television and convicted the man of being on drugs with no trial

I heard he blew 0.00 but refused urine sample so it must be drugs.

Sounds like he's going back to Hattiesburg.

He needs someone to take his keys away and then dry him out for like 9 months. Dude is probably blasted out of his mind on painkillers regularly.

Blew . 000 for alcohol, refused to take a piss test for drugs.. probably painkillers (allegedly)
