No it means they are much more talented than every team they’ve played. Nothing about the way they’ve played this year is reflective of a good team, including getting dominated by a 1-5 team for the majority of the game today.

In the PSU game, the State player literally just tackled the guy at the LOS and he fumbled...they called forward progress.
Here OU sort of held a guy up and spun him around pushing him backwards and call a fumble. There's no consistency.
