All four games were down in the ratings from a year ago:

Falcons-Eagles: Down 5% from the same time slot a year ago.

Titans-Patriots: Down 9%.

Jaguars-Steelers: Down 7%

Saints-Vikings: Down 23%.

Who cares

Some people watch...Some don’t.

shite, if anything lower ratings means they will find more ways to get mode ads to the eyeballs they still have. And that sucks

Fox Mulder went back to watching the NFL 2 weeks after he said he wouldn’t.

I almost can't wait for the NFL season to be over so I can stop seeing these threads every week.

Most of those are within margin of error with cord cutters factored in.

Packers-Cowboys are the reason Saints-Vikings is down so much, team factor.

pretty reasonable drop considering the current tv climate

no fricking shite, want to look at the game from last years time slot?

Everyone always mentions cord cutting but how does that impact games on broadcast television? I understand ESPN losing ratings but most cord cutters I'm aware of buy antennas for their local channels.

The other thing that strikes me as odd is that the NFL was immune to cord cutting for years but has lost a significant portion of their audience over the last two years. Why is cord cutting just now catching up to the NFL?

but, but, but, how can this be? there were instant postings from those who support kneelers and what they stand for, all claiming they might be the best ratings ever

I'll never understand why people concern themselves with what other people are watching.

College ratings are down too. LINK

It's changes in viewing habits, match-ups, etc. Doubt it has much to do with kneeling

I don't think anyone here gives a shite in the sense of "oh is joe blow watching the game??" What it shows though is the health of the NFL. The primary revenue driver for the league is tv revenue and when that goes down it has an effect across the entire league.

People were jacking off yesterday about the big Saints/Vikings viewership. DOWN from last season. Classic
