Not so sure. Parking is a nightmare with 1X the fans. I could only imagine what 2X the fans.

That's Augusta's fault. They already let in a lot fewer patrons than 99% of other tournaments. They could easily have an emergency back up plan in place.

I was there in 2014 and the people who went Monday got kicked off early in the morning. We drove to Augusta Monday afternoon to go to Tuesday's practice round. We all figured the course would be soaked since it absolutely poured all day Monday. Didn't even notice a puddle or muddy spot on the course Tuesday when we got there. That course drains incredibly well and I'm sure crews worked throughout all night getting it fixed up. Im gonna bite the bullet and get back up there next year whether I win the lottery or not.

I was there that Monday. When the first delay hit we were talking to a member that was out there. He told us we wouldn't believe how dry the course would be the next day. He said it would be like it never rained. I didn't believe him at the time but he was right.

I want to plan to go Monday and Tuesday, that way if one day rains out, we can go the other day.

We walked in, watched Vijay on the practice green for a few, then bought 2 beers and a handful of pimento cheeses. Headed to the room to dry off and hitting the town (hooters?)

Could be some high scores. I love watching majors where the winner struggles to go under par. I hope that happens this weekend
