Just making it back to atl. Was able to get 4 hours in before they kicked us out. Was able to walk the course, tv doesn't do it justice. So many contours you can't see on tv. Wish we could have stayed the whole day, but at least I was able to see it in person.

How's the scene at Hooters? Is it packed?

At least you can now say you've been there, and hopefully you stocked up on some merchandise! What was your favorite part of the course? I really enjoy watching the tee shot on number 6, that view is incredible.

No, he's been a twig for the last 8 years or so. Early in his career he had some meat on his bones.

I meant to post this earlier but forgot...it's so much fun watching guys like Phil and Bubba. Most guys on tour now are like robots that have tuned their swings and clubs for the same type of "optimal" ball flight/spin. It's awesome seeing guys like Bubba and Phil working the ball left and right, changing the trajectory, etc. Hearing Phil and Bones talk through his shot selection is pretty cool. He has so many options on how to attack.

Plus he's lost a considerable amount of weight in the past couple months.

Woah, you live around St. Pete?

But yeah, let's do it. I should be free next weekend.

You'd rather play than watch the first major of the year?

I went today as well and it was my first time. Blown away is an understatement. that course is everything I've ever heard plus some.

The elevation change on #10 is really cool and just the different changes and green contours on all the holes is interesting to see. #16 was probably my favorite viewing hole.

Got to watch Day, P Reed, Spieth and many others. Saw many LSU tiger colors there as well so if you heard a "go tigahs" from a guy in a red Ryder cup shirt that was me

I'm finding mix info, what time do gates open? I read 8, but the masters social media says 7?

Yea with his wife. Didn't she used to actually caddie for him?

Sidenote: watched Spieth hit well on the range so I'm picking him in my masters pool

Very typical

I was surprised he took time to talk and shake hands with me and a few people who are members at forest hills at the putting green. I told one of the guys when I ran into him at the gate that I doubt he acknowledges anyone.
