It’s not an indictment of the PGA Tour if a LIV guy wins a major. It’s not like team USA in basketball going up against Uganda or some shite where we don’t know those guys exist and then they come kick our arse.
We know these guys. They’ve been on tour their for decades. A few of them left and a couple of them are still good when healthy.
Neat.
The PGA Tour is still a much better product which is literally all that matters to me.

Imhighly recommend watching holes 4,5 and 6 stream for the lulz on 6. That pin is basically on a coffee table. Balls short of,the hole by 6ft rolling to,the front of the green 40-50ft away

I'm not a Liv fan by any means, I don't even watch the product.
That said I can see clearly how the media (on behalf of the PGA) is deliberately trying to undersell what Koepka is doing early on. Just look on ESPN's front page, "LIV golfers have mixed results after first round."
They could've said "Resurgent Koepka tied for first at Masters." I'm pulling for the guy after how that netflix doc framed him as a mentally weak guy that couldn't hang on the PGA tour.

Koepka is the perfect LIV player.
