He literally bet on a team he played for. Thats insider trading and completely illegal. It calls into question the competition which you absolutely can’t have it people are betting.

Do you blame Bud light because some redneck got behind the wheel and crashed their truck after drinking 15? No that’s where personally accountability comes into plays.

Big 12 schools wouldn't have to worry about playing conferences games against TT if they weren't in the conference. Vote them out of the conference.

Would get sued for collusion.

Is it collusion if everybody simply forfeits the game? TT would be 12-0 with all forfeits, including a conference title game.

Then the playoff committee can be put on the spot.

He isn't an elected judge, wasn't even an active judge. They pulled him out of retirement to make that ruling.

If the Playoff Committee put them in then we need to get rid of the playoff committee. As I understand the Big-12 conference can do something about TT with a super majority of the members voting.

Also lets say the NCAA and the Big-12 can't do anything because of the courts, the SEC and B10 can step up to the plate and show how much power they claim to have:

1. by forcing the playoff committee to not allow TT into the playoffs. if they let him on the team.

2..The playoff committee must not punish any Big-12 school for refusing to play TT

I am sure TT can sue over that too, but someone has to say enough. If we allow this College Football as a sport is doomed.

We have leagues run by "officials" and refs that are alum of specific schools where they are allowed to basically make up rules or change them as they go. This board is for a team that plays in one of the most blatantly corrupt leagues in all of sports. Every Saturday we watch in awe as specific programs get some of the most obvious "bias" in the most opportunistic situations to alter outcomes of games. We have been watching it for decades.

Hell, at one point, you even had an Alum from a specific program that was head of officiating, and an alum from that same school was allowed to alter schedules for years due to "bridge scheduling".

It is all so blatant and in your face yet many deny it when they see it.

Again, who cares if the players are doing it too? They are the ones risking injury out there while the corrupt assholes that run everything rake in the bucks while rigging games for the results they want.

Easy fix - vote Duke into the conference for next year. They’ll go 7-5, win the conference, and then the committee can leave TT out. Then Duke goes back to the ACC.

It’s not really about Sorsby as an individual, it’s about the sport as a whole. A judge saying he is eligible after he should be banned is setting precedent for the future. It’s similar to how the Supreme Court isn’t suppose to make laws through their rulings.

So this judge effectively made it legal for players to gamble on their games and not receive punishment.

This is a massive problem and quite honestly disgusting. Players could fix or throw games to enrich themselves. This greatly impacts legitimate bets and fans who spend thousands of dollars of tickets who want to see good football.

Whoever this turd of a judge is was completely wrong in his judgement.

Yes, you moron. I don't even care about him betting on CFB in general but he bet on his own team. Even if he wasn't playing in those games you can't bet on a game in which your team is playing. It's non-negotiable for anyone to trust the integrity of the game.

If he makes it to conference play, I don’t foresee him walking off the field under his own power. Old school solutions to modern problems.

Can you place a bet on a compound fracture or a torn ACL?

We watch referees in just about every sport do this frequently. The main difference is that these people are protected by the entities they rig games for with both the "entertainment clause" and the fact that they never have to answer to the media. Hell, the NFL rewarded the ref whose crew made one of the most blatantly fixed call in the history of the sport with two Super Bowls immediately after. In both those Super Bowls, he allowed the chosen team to literally get away with murder until they came back and won both games.

It is hilarious to see people now all of the sudden worried about this. Nothing you are watching is pure and it is obvious.

Who says there is any integrity left in College Football? They and the pros sold out to the betting scum. So why should they be surprised about any of this. Big 12 will take money from advertising from these scum, as will the Big 10 and of course the SEC never passes up an opportunity to sell out.

There will be more of this
