Let me go compile data on every team in every league real quick and get back to you

From what perspective? Do you just mean affiliated or are you including independent?

So you answered the second question, now answer the first. From what perspective are we supposed to be judging the teams?
I mean, the Memphis Redbirds won the AAA championship despite over 180 transactions and losing their entire starting rotation from the beginning of the year.
But the Dayton Dragons sold out every game this season.
So who was more successful?

The minor league teams can't control their playing talent, so it's stupid to judge them by wins and losses.
Now if half the team for AAA organizations was from an MLB organization and half the team is "local", it would be better.

But the OP didn't actually give criteria.
Here is a comprehensive attendance list across affiliates, indy, and summer collegiate baseball: LINK
The most successful there might be the Wisconsin Woodchuck. They are the summer collegiate team outdrawing all but 21 other franchises across the country.

The Barons average 6000k attendance and gross 35 MM. And that is for terrible AA. Hell, Tampa Bay only average around double that.

AA is the best minor league beseball. They have most of the young players with big potential. AAA has some of that but they have more of the career minor leaguer types.
