There are a handful of Utah schools on my bucket list to watch games at. As well as Pepperdine and Point Loma.

Utah Valley has a pretty good set up too. Hell, even Salt Lake CC has a good back drop. Just a ton of natural beauty out there.

a lot of these are pretty pictures with a nice sunset in the background and editing.

BYU, Pepperdine, or app state are true answers to a beautiful backdrop... but app state and BYU's are cheating a bit based on the mountain stipulation in the OP.

Campus is like a beachside Resort. I mean, it's Malibu.
