US has just missed way too many putts - that’s what this has come down to every match. I think singles play we will do better but too far back to win now.

Did you watch the early morning coverage? The camera picked up some guys just being complete dickheads during Rory's pre-shot routine

Keegan was not the issue. A captain can only do so much. At some point the best players in the world need to win golf matches. They didn’t live up to the moment.

I was out there. There were plenty of one-off comments from fans as things got quiet, but it was just stuff trying to be funny. There were also plenty of euros making noise and taunting from them, especially as there was blood in the water. I was pretty unimpressed with the environment overall. The golf course is unbelievably spread out, so it’s hard to make a stadium/cathedral environment as each hole is a standalone thing.

So Keegan puts Colin and Harris at match 10 and 12 in singles(basically saying they are two of the worst players) yet we ran them out TWICE as a team

It was obvious by the way Rory and Lowry reacted, and clearly obvious by the way event security reacted to their match group, that the trash were doing far more than the normal juvenile verbal taunts that have become all too common at Ryder Cup events.
It's asinine for folks on this board to throw out the "Euro trash" term without acknowledging the obvious: the behavior of US sports fans is deteriorating toward the same levels of filth that we're used to seeing in Europe and Latin America.
The Ryder cup is supposed to be a gentlemen's sporting event. It's not a war between nations. It's a fricking golfing match played by extremely talented and wealthy golfers, most of whom do or have lived in the United States. Drink, cheer, yell, boo, tease, taunt, but there's a line, and it's a shame that trash will cross it and a bigger shame that US fans will defend the trash who do.
