It’s crazy how much Bryson’s image has turned around. Only LIV guy who has pulled it off

He's really the only one that wasn't completely in it for the money, and now he's the one LIV player who hasn't gone to total shite.

I don’t know if it’s because we see less of Bryson or he’s really done work on his personality, but his turnaround is remarkable.

Legit the only guy who has gone to LIV and playing better / becoming more likeable.

Rory four strokes back is just menacing enough for high pressure of avoiding a bogey for Bryson

That's 24 more drives over 330 than I have had in my life (and I've hit a lot of cart paths with my drives).

I think it’s because he’s embraced it and is sort of in on the joke instead of being this da Vinci wannabe golf robot doing constant calculus and trigonometry in his head

I love this version of Bryson, but he has had a ton of shite go his way today. He’s gotten up and down from everywhere, made almost every 5 - 8 footer, has gotten a good lie in the wire grass just about every time, etc. I think he’ll probably regress a bit tomorrow.

Problem is that Rory’s irons have been really poopy for the most part today, lots of Fannie Mae’s today.

4 shots is nothing on this course. Bryson was a bounce here or there from having a double or worse.

Between Bryson and Rory one of them is going to make a double or worse tomorrow. Just depends on which one it is

This. When he was on the PGA tour he came across as the math geek who thought they knew more than anyone because….numbers.

The interaction he had with the crowd on the tee at 13 is what won me over. This is Saturday in the final group at the US Open and he’s joking with the crowd about whether he should go for it.
