I wouldnt even consider it one conference anymore if that happens. We hardly play teams in the East as it is now. I think its something like 12 years between an East team that isnt your permanent opponent visiting your stadium for football.

Doesn't Oklahoma have to bring Oklahoma State with them though? Don't have a subscription to there obviously so I don't know if he brings that up
