Refs picking up a flag on Michigan there. Couldn’t put them inside their 10.

What conference has the best refs? Pac 12 refs are notoriously awful as well. Not sure what the rep for Big 10/Big 12/ACC officials are.

I don't think anything is "pretty clear" about it. If you called it a TD I don't know how you overturn it. If you called it short then same thing, you don't overturn it.
If it was pretty clear they would've called him short in the first place.

Agreed. If they ruled it short at the 1 originally then it's a good call to keep it as is.

The flag was thrown for the block on the punt return, it was thrown by the ref who was like y’all not gonna call it? Then they have their huddle and don’t want to step on each other’s toes.

Might be the first time I’ve seen a guy catch the ball with possession taking place in the end zone but his body being down before the goal line. Should be a TD imo.
