It shows elite explosiveness, which is important for a QB will be forced to run a lot.
The offense will likely be simplified like Philly's was last year and it will rely on the QB being a runner. That's exactly what AR needs. If he's going to succeed, it will be on a team like that.

If you are drafting in the top 5 and you dont have a good qb, your goal should be to take the highest upside qb. If the colts are lucky, he develops into a beast. If not, you try again next year or the year after

Young is the size of most dudes walking the quad, and Stroud was propped up by the Ohio St system. Neither will have very good NFL careers.
It’s a really weak NFL draft so take the guy with the actual physical tools, and coach him up. Makes the most sense to me.
