Look at all the 8-8 seasons throwing for 5 000 and got zip out of it.
I would take 3,500 25 tds and 5 ints and a SB as opposed to great stats and nothing to show for it

After the crap Brees pulled in the offseason, the only way he could salvage his image among many Saints fans was to ride off into the sunset with another super bowl run. He didn’t. Thus, he will always be remembered as a coward who sold his integrity and his beliefs out for...what? A 4int playoff divisional round defeat?

Like every other aspect in life, the nut jobs scream the loudest, and think that everyone believes like they do.
The vast majority of Saints fans, this morning, are sad that Drew could not go out on top. Yes, it's time for him to enjoy the next chapter of his life, but there is no hate at all.
If there is any hate this morning, it's at Jared "Butterfingers" Cook.
Remember, these same "fans" are the ones who think Trump won and the election was stolen. If I had to guess, most of them aren't Saints fans at all.
