Spurs announcer gets fired after cheating with players' sister

Spurs play-by-play announcer Jacob Tobey is no longer with the organization after allegations of an affair involving the sister of a Spurs player surfaced and quickly spread across social media earlier this week, according to Front Office Sports.
Tobey's girlfriend allegedly posted the accusation to his Instagram account overnight, claiming he had been unfaithful with the player's sister, the report states. Screenshots of the post were widely shared across multiple social media platforms before it was removed.

New fling is probably a lot more fun and low maintenance. Ex is probably about money and image and lame/boring. Just my personal opinions not based in fact.

I can easily see why it happened. The X has a nice body she likes to show off on social media, which means she is a guaranteed high maintenance female.
Girl he cheated with is kind of cute and similar to his X look wise, but you can just tell she is 1000% less maintenance and more laid back. Seems like the kind of chick with a nice body, but doesn’t flaunt it around as much because she isn’t that type a girl.

Exactly my thought. Unless it’s in his contract to not mess with the players relatives or if it caused an internal rift I don’t understand why he was fired. Cheating on a GF is not an affair. The dude still files his taxes as single.
