In three weeks that dude might be all American. Their defense keeps them in every game.

The committee just wanted Alabama and Texas in the playoffs.

It’s about time for all of y’all to realize that it’s Bama bias, not SEC bias.

their QB broke his leg that's straight out of the committee's mouth, the only reason all this "strength of schedule" ACC shite is neither here nor there, they had a kid break his leg and they got punished for it. It's absurd.

Alabama still plays with Milroe. The guy ain’t good.

Absolutely nothing and they won with their 3rd string qb needing to fill in for a championship. There is no justification for leaving them out. None.

Yes this is accurate

FSU not being in this playoff is a massive shame. They deserved to be in over Alabama imo.

Thought that any of their games mattered.

Blame it on LSU's defense

Since commies left FSU out due to one key injury it begs the question.

What if one/some of the final 4 have some key player opt outs? Wouldn’t that be ironic

Which is a normal thing in basketball for the NCAA tourney but not normally done for football.

Cincinnati was the consensus #1 overall team in 2020 going into the CUSA tournament when Kenyon Martin’s leg snapped.

They got dropped a line to a 2 seed because, while still good, they were short their superstar player.

It almost happened when FSU was undefeated and they wanted to suspend Jameis Winston

This is absolutely not true. Could have put in FSU as undefeated and Texas as having the H2H against Bama.

So then you're de-emphasizing strength of schedule.

but it wasn't about SOS

it was about the QB going down

Bama is only in because Jordan Travis got hurt, that's straight from the committee's mouthpiece

They did it in 1992 when they ducked joining the SEC preferring a basketball conference so Bowden could skate all season except for 2 games. 31 years later those chickens came hone to roost.

Yeah I'm sure we would have went 7-5 with 22 five stars against people like Ray Goff. You rednecks are literally retarded

the offense hasnt shown the ability to be thoroughly competitive since.

Everyone keeps parroting this.

FSU played on the road in a rivalry game vs Florida (Bama also looked like shite in rivalry game on road) and in a championship game vs a top 15 team in the rain with a 3rd string freshman QB.

I don't understand why Bama gets benefit of doubt for Auburn rivalry win for one miraculous play but FSU doesn't get any credit for its rivalry win at Florida.

The FSU offense in the CFP would have likely been way different with a month of prep with Rodemaker.

If their coach was named "Nick Saban", they would be in.... because of his "outstanding coaching and gritty performance to win with backup quarterbacks - showing the quality of the team on both sides of the ball".

Or if bama had their record and performance, bama would be in with the same reasoning as above....

That absolutely should not matter. I can’t believe some even consider that a legitimate talking point to keep out an undefeated P5 team.

These are the two teams the final slot should have been down to.
