Six UK Football Players Facing Charges After Armed Burglary At Party

According to the Lexington Police Department, the UK players arrested were Reuben Adams, Robert McCain, Andru Phillips, Earnest Sanders IV, Devito Tisdale and Joel Williams.

Investigators said the six men were charged in connection with an incident that occurred March 6 at a private house party.
According to the police department, three people made their way into the residence uninvited and were asked to leave. Investigators said the individuals "became upset and threatened they would return."
Police said the three individuals then returned a short time later with additional people. The group forced their way into the home, one of whom was seen pointing a gun at a victim.
Investigators said through the investigation, they were able to identify and charge the six men, all with first-degree burglary. The charges were announced Thursday.
Tisdale is facing a first-degree wanton endangerment charge after police said he was identified as the individual who pointed the gun.
The university has not issued a statement on the charges.

So it’s not armed robbery? Home invasion armed robbery is guaranteed 10 years At least I’m pretty sure.
Armed robbery is at least 7 years
Burglary is probation if no priors . A lot of the time . Probably 5 yrs suspended ,4 years or so of probation .
I’ve heard of people getting 25 years for home invasion armed robbery.
The article says burglary though. If it’s simple burglary they can get a suspended sentence with a pretty good bit of probation.
My brother got 5 suspended for burglarizing like10 cars and garages . He was 18 with no priors
