The Ohio St Coach has suggested that all NIL funds should be shared by the team

I hope he followed that statement up with an analogy:
"Guys, when you get out in the real world, the democrats refer to this as sharing your wealth and write laws with this in mind. With NIL, you have talent and there's and opportunity for you to make more money than some of your teammates.

Same in the real world. Some really smart heart surgeons and other non-medical talented business professionals make a very nice living. The democrats want to take that man's money and give it to the man that doesn't really feel like working.

A pretty idealistic theory.

Accept it! It's a fact of life.

I believe you are missing the point, but that is ok.

Would make sense that maybe each NIL contract include like a voluntary 1% or 2% team tax distributed to all members of the team.
that's wealth redistribution: take from the producers and give to the non-producers. Straight out of the liberal socialist playbook.

Very, very bad idea.

Speaking of which, what's the tax situation for NIL?

I read that 2/3’s of those earning over $500,000 per year voted for Biden. I don’t know if that’s true. If it is, that’s remarkable!

I think this will be the eventual outcome once there is a loud enough cry from the have nots.

Certain positions are always going to be more marketable than others, that doesn’t make them non-producers.

third string punter is a non-producer, I doubt he'll make a dime of NIL money.

But don't take my comments so literally - I certainly realize the value of all players, whether they ever see the field or not.

I'm talking solely about money coming in to the players, and there are some that will produce a lot of NIL money and some will not produce much, if any.

That's just a fact.

I believe that a high earning QB should share a portion of his NiL earnings with his oline. The big uglies never get the recognition they deserve whenever a QB excels.

Actually in all Team sports, you're only as good as the players around you ! This applies to all team sports, so some sharing is in order. However, other than perhaps buying your fellow team-mates a meal once in a while, it will never happen !

Teams will find resistance in recruiting form players who are stats and other teams telling them that they won’t have to share

Saw this coming. Those who get little will not be happy with those who get a lot.

Many economic lessons about to be taught.

O, is that you. Love the one model. Let's see how well the big boys want to play where they must share their Captain Crunch.
