I think Ohtanis success makes it more likely that Skenes will get a chance to hit. From a GMs perspective, a hitting pitcher has to be a dream.

He’s the first player since I was a kid that I wouldn’t mind wearing a jersey for. He’s just unbelievable. A player all of baseball can appreciate it.
