This was the default judgment case against Shilo, correct?
Feel free to correct me, but the staffer alleged in his petition that he suffered spinal injuries. Because Shilo didn't file an answer, the staffer moved for, and was awarded a default judgment. The staffer never actually proved he sustained spinal injuries.

If that's the case, the judge didn't do his job. You still have to meet your burden of proof in confirming a default judgment
