Funny how Texas tech claims they want Texas and will pay buy outs then at the end of the statement they say “in Lubbock or Arlington”. They won’t come to Austin despite that being larger than the other two stadiums.

Sark isn’t wrong about TT’s schedule.
With the cash that TT has, and their schedule, they may eat into UT’s roster (even if ever so slightly). With UT being in the SEC, they need to be full strength.
That shot by Sark was intended to send a message to recruits and signees.
Unfortunately for him, it could actually do UT some harm.
For those saying that nobody is going to choose TT over UT, well that may be true…for now.

I hate Texas as much as the next guy, but the least Tech’s coach could do is offer a realistic plan to play Ohio State, Oklahoma, @LSU instead of Oregon State, Abilene Christian, Sam Houston.
And even then he probably won’t be able to prove Sark wrong about the totality of the schedules - ease of path to the CFP and readiness to win in the CFP.
