Yeah Mom and Son are looking real petty and not very smart here. Her son just got paid boat loads of money, it is a f'in college # that was worn by many players and every team since the beginning of sports. If I was involved in the Commanders organization... I would be pissed that this is even a story! JD needs to be getting prepared for an important upcoming season...

Is anybody wearing #2 for Auburn?

34 is a bigger deal on the Plains than 2.

That’s great. Are either retired?

Both are now retired. #2 was always assumed was going to be retired so we didn't really let anyone wear it for a while. It was officially retired last season.

2, 7, & 34 are retired for Auburn.

Why is he still getting NIL money of he not in college? Shouldn't he be more focused on the NFLPA money?

Yea, I was under the impression that LSU retired a few player's jerseys, but the numbers themselves still stayed in circulation.

Correct

#37 is worn right now by a walk-on DB
#4 is worn by incoming transfer WR Jackson Harris
#7 is worn by a good player every year
#21 is worn by a walk-on QB

#20 is the only number out of circulation and it has been since 1960

Yea we’ve got Billy Cannon #20 who maybe the only retired number but not sure. Jerry Stovall #21 which has been worn by a ton of players up until now, Tommy Casanova #37, been worn a ton, Bert Jones #7 which is a highlighted number every year for LSU and Charles Alexander #4 which is still worn today.

Says someone who has never accomplished shite. By the way, LSU does not retire numbers. They retired jerseys with a name on it. Hint #7
