Why is Aaron Glenn such a sought after head coaching candidate? He’s never had a defense rank in the top half of the league in total defense and this is his first season his defense has been top half of the league in scoring defense. And there are better defensive coaches like Jeff Hafley and Jesse Minter who you hear nothing about regarding HC interviews.
