Bolts finally off the Detroit schneid.

If they finish the season like they did leading into the break they are going to be a pain in the arse in the playoffs.

And frick Drouin, don't need that loser.

Stat of the Night

Montreal is 5-20-1 last 26

Mike Milbury is way to happy about this. You think I can find a guy with "The" as a middle name to take him out?

In less than 2 weeks I have praised CP31 and said I want him back and asked if Mr Spaceley would take over.

Yes I'm desperate.

The Caps will win the Cup this year. I also think that they sweep every team they play of the path to victory.

I'm pissed at the Isles on general principle. And not for repeatedly elbowing Tom Wilson in the head. I get that, and I like the fact that Tom Wilson doesn't just reside in the Isles' head space, he's looking at school districts there. The Isles' complete obsession with Wilson fills my heart with glee, because it allows the Caps to do whatever the hell they want, as the Isles are too busy trying to hit a fourth liner.

No, I'm ticked at them for not responding to this hit:

LINK

That is Matt Niskanen laying John Tavares out at center ice. He trucked the poor guy. And if someone did this to Backstrom (cuz let's face it, go ahead and try to do that to Ovi and you'll come out the worse for it), the whole team would make it their personal mission to make sure you spent the rest of the evening getting your jaw wired shut. But Niskanen lays out one of the best players in the league in a pretty hard hitting game and the response is.... nothing.

Not one Islander made Niskanen pay for this hit. Jesus, this is my team that dealt the punishment, and I'm outraged no one took a run at him. Have some pride, Isles. Especially as you're spending the whole game running Tom Wilson. It's not like you don't have guys who can lay the wood.
