The Beautiful Game: San Antonio Spurs

Such gorgeous basketball that I wept when I first saw it.

I regret nothing

The most amazing day of baseball ever. Being at Rays FanFest today brought back these memories.

For me, it will never get better than watching the Spurs come back after suffering that horrific loss in Game 6 to winning the NBA Championship the next year. And this was my favorite play during that run.

Brandon Roy is Love

I miss this guy. From time to time, I spend about an hour watching Roy vids. Usually beginning and ending with this one.

I wonder if you realize those were the only two points Andrew Bynum scored all game. He played 4 minutes. The guy was a total non-factor.

Not a fan of either team, but this was an unbelievable tournament game. Gus Johnson and exciting tourney finishes are a match made in heaven.

Perspective: Gonzaga has never been able to shed the "can't win in March" label, and this was their best chance. Mark Few has had better records, but I think this was his best team. This is a Sweet 16 game and Gonzaga absolutely dominated UCLA for 37 minutes and held a 71-60 lead with 3 to go. UCLA went on to the title game that season, and it could have just as easily been Gonzaga in their place.

This was an exciting finish and it shows the contrast of emotions on both sides. It would be so easy to mail it in after getting your arse kicked for 37 minutes, but UCLA didn't. This game had everything.

I'm not sure if this has been posted yet, but I've probably watched this video 10-15 times. It's just unbelievable.

Maybe it's just because I'm an alumnus... but this one makes me misty-eyed: "A New Era"

Fan or not - It's one of the most beautifully-made NCAA Football video's I've ever seen.

Well it helps that they used the greatest film piece of all-time.

Also, just out of curiosity, has anyone on this board watched the video that is shown to LSU recruits. It is so damn awesome. It's not on the internet because they like to keep it a surprise. They had a strict policy against phones and cameras when they showed it to us. I was ready to play for LSU after I watched it.

I've heard that from MANY neutral fans.

This next one is on the other end of the spectrum. I don't even follow this kind of racing... but thanks to this video - I have to watch this every year and I've added it to my bucket list of things I need to see.

Faster: Isle of Man

ETA:

I would also definitely include the Warren Morris HR and a the Saints NFCCG vid Mission Miami..

Favorite Superbowl video is THIS ONE (bc we're all black and gold on the inside).
