What has Carroll won in the pros? He took good team and took them to a solid 8-8 in just 4 years. Then he came back to be a 7-9 division winner. Yeah he showed Saban good.

Isn't it time we get off Saban's nuts. He's the best CFB coach ever. Period.
Carroll was also a hell of a CFB coach and is doing surprisingly well in the pros. What's the problem? Why can't we all simply applaud excellence.
(And yes, I've bashed both in the past).

Big difference is one is coaching and one is recruiting. A 4 time Super Bowl coach doesn't want to go into living rooms nursing recruits.
NFL coaching is must tougher IMO.

Saban is not a player's coach, he's all business and yelling and threatning you and shite. PC is a player's coach, guys like playing for him and gets the most out of his players without yelling and screaming and being a too serious dickbag.
