Mike Riley @ Oregon State is a great example of a coach that does more with less.

I know this is a troll but I know there are probably people who think this...what did Pete do in college other than get a program in trouble with the NCAA? Also won in a weak conference. Pete has not even won the big game in the NFL, or won the division for that matter in Seattle.

I like Mike Riley, he's done a nice a job but hardly great. Mark Price got WSU to Rose Bowls. People always like to downplay the job coaches they don't like do, but if its so easy to attract talent and win at USC. Alabama, Texas or LSU why did other coaches fail at those places?
