Guys, the report is Finebaum is barred from appearing on ESPN, not that his SEC Network show is cancelled.

The semantics game works, as well, for Clay Travis, lol.

To be fair Clay specifically said ESPN appearances

This is such a typical politician. Be a lifelong democrat, do an interview saying you support Trump, run as a republican and get elected because voting people are stupid

Read it again, Clay means barred from all of Paul's ESPN hits, not his show.

IF the story is true, you know its because certain people there (Ryan Clark) raised a big stink behind the scenes

Meh I take Clay with a grain of salt, I'd have to see it done before I'll get up in arms.

I know we live in a crazy world these days, but this seems hard to believe.

Yeah Stephen A is an unwoke, more moderate Dem. But a Dem he still is.

This is such a cop out and political nonsense by Clay Travis.
Travis knows how most of the general public will take his reporting and knows the reporting won't get as much traction if he adds the caveat, "but The Paul Finebaum Show will still air at it's normal timeslot on The SEC Network on Monday afternoon."
So Travis let's everyone run with his initial tweets and then at 2, if The Finebaum Show airs, he will just claim that he was only referencing ESPN and not all ESPN networks or that his reporting forced the change.
The SEC Network (SECN) is an American multinational sports network owned by ESPN Inc., a joint venture between The Walt Disney Company (which operates the network, through its 80% controlling ownership interest) and Hearst Communications (which holds the remaining 20% interest).

Correct. That's also why I only watch ESPN for game broadcast. I quit watching all the other stuff on ESPN a loooong time ago and haven't missed it.

So wait the guy didn't even actually run for senator and they go ahead and dismiss him anyway?

I cancelled ESPN back in the Spring of this year. I really haven't missed it.

Paul Finebaum is a huge douche loser who makes his money antagonizing poorly learned white trash.
Posted on 10/6/25 at 1:49 pm to The Third Leg
I don’t think that this was about a possible senate run. It is about Paul outing ESPN for cancelling an interview with President Trump he had set up.

And Sec Network is owned 80% by ESPN
He's making it like ESPN has some minority stake in Sec Network
