the best example of an All Time HC being fired is Tom Landry
Landry also went 3-13 in his final season, which was his worst performance since his first season at 0-11-1 in 1960.

Reading between the lines, zero shot this happens unless he and Kraft got into it and Bill put forth an ultimatum.
I could see that, from all accounts Bill is funny but a world class a-hole to himself and others.

Winning lets a lot of issues slide.
When things get tough, that kind of shite bites you quick.

That would be incredibly fricked up. Even the worst NFL coaches generally don't get fired mid-year, much less one that's won six championships for that franchise.

Belichick getting canned on a runway in Frankfurt, Germany, then having to turn around, walk back into the airport, and arrange for his own travel back to the United States would be one helluva story.
No way that’s going to happen.
No way that’s going to happen.

I'm a HUGE TB12 fan but go look at the super bowls, tell me how many were won because of the offense vs. defense

It's not going to happen mid-season, but it sure does seem like Kraft has never forgiven BB for jettisoning Brady. I'm sure that sentiment only ramped up after Brady goes on to win a Superbowl and the Patriots have been in a downward spiral. It's no secret that Kraft and Brady are tight and that BB tried to dump Brady several years ago and Kraft stepped in to stop it.
Brady could make up for a ton of offensive deficiencies and made Bill look like a genius being able to go cheap on skill players. Now, Bill is in a spot where he actually has to build a balanced team and identify and scout skill players that can perform and has not been successful at doing it without the best QB in the history of the game leading the show.
Another detail lost in the mix is that Dante Scarnecchia retired in 2019. He was the long time offensive line coach that scouted and taught most of the offensive scheme. Not surprising that things have rapidly gone downhill since he called it a day. He had actually retired before and BB convinced him to come back before their last Superbowl run.
BB has found himself without the key contributors that led to success on the offensive side of the ball and hasn't capably replaced them. He's a prick to the owner and right now he's an unsuccessful prick. Kraft certainly won't put up with that for long.

Kraft knows who was really responsible for the run the Patriots went on from 2001-2019.

I really hope not.
I loathe Irsay the man and Irsay the owner and Irsay the mouth. It would be cruel to have to listen to him crow about Bellichick's dismissal.

without Brady, he's not a HOF coach.... that's the problem... Tom Brady ain't walking back through that door to play QB...
Is any coach a HOFer without great players?

idk, dude was trying to win in Cleveland with Bernie Kosar and Vinny Testaverdez and he won 11 games in 1/2 with Vinny.
Now he’s expected to win with Washed cam Newton?
the team is passed the “we can carry any QB days” that won Matt Cassell 10 days and the QBs have stunk.
Tom Brady is a legitimate all time QB.
but Bill hasn’t even had decent QBs in the year without Tom.

Maybe you could argue Joe Gibbs or Sid Gillman. But even they had elite players on their rosters.
Gibbs won three Superbowls with 3 different QB's. Only Thiesman was considered elite for his time.

Is there a somewhere I can place a bet that this does NOT happen? Easy money.

I dont think BB the coach is the problem. BB the GM is who has gotten him to this mess. He was great in finding Goodwill deals on misfit toys and plugging them in, but he was plugging them in around Brady, Gronk, McGinest, Seymour, etc. His drafting of skill players in particular has been terrible. It is easy to say "who can win with these players," but when he is also the roster builder, nowhere else really to blame.
Still, no freaking way they fire him midseason if at all. Kraft should insist on a GM off season and if BB balks, so be it.

Zero chance they do him like that. More likely that he'll get the Sean Payton fake retirement treatment.

This is the Boston press trying to make a story true. They hate Bill because he didn't butter them up.
