Not sure there is anything in sports more nerve wracking than NHL Game 7 overtime. Someone's season is going to end out of nowhere.

I'm sure there has been one since, but the last Game 7 OT I remember watching was when Pittsburgh beat Ottawa in 2OT about 8-9 years ago

Game 7 Playoff OT hockey is the greatest thing in sports when it’s not your team… it’s the worst when it is.

That was the WALES Conference Finals. Pens won the Stanley Cup that year.
