I hope there’s more to this for the girl’s sake because that all sounds pretty weak once you strip the lawyer talk away from it. You can call the outfit “skimpy” all you want but if it’s the same one you compete in or perform on the sideline in then of course you’re going to wear it at school events. I could see a harassment claim against an individual if anything rose to that but I can’t see the school being held liable for a drunk guy getting handsy at a tailgate. They should try harder to supervise this stuff in the future if the girls ask them to but the suit sounds like a money grab.
On a related note, I bet these events are way more fun at Oregon.

I saw a Lifetime movie about cheerleaders being pimped out to boosters. Bet she did too.
Though I've never seen cheerleaders mingling solo without an escort. That part is weird, if true.
